RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Every sold product may be returned within a period of 14 working days, counting from the date of delivery to the moment when the customer sends the product back to PARADISE DESIGN, S.L.U., in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Act (Ley de Comercio Minorista). The action of return must be notified via email to the following email address:
You will be asked to fill in a return form that will be provided via email at the very moment you request a refund. In that form, the motivations for change shall be properly stated, such as changing size, or a refund for defective merchandise.
Note that we can only exchange an item for another similar one, but in a different color or size. If you would like another different article, you shall place another order separately, and the former order will be processed accordingly.
The User shall return of the item by using a safe and secured delivery service, given that PARADISE DESIGN, S.L.U. will not be responsible for not received goods. A signature proof will be required to confirm the delivery. We recommend you keep your proof of dispatch until your refund or exchange has been made. The shipping costs of the return parcel will be paid by the user and in no case be the company will accept a COD (collect on delivery), that is to say, a package with unpaid shipping costs.
The refund in the customer's account as a result of such return, shall be processed within 7 working days from the date when PARADISE DESIGN, S.L.U. gets the product back, after verifying that it is in perfect condition. It also will affect the price of the item, as the user is to assume the former shipping costs. In case the customer had taken advantage of any special offer exempting him/her from paying such former shipping costs, the user shall assume as well the shipping costs according the first dispatch.
It is mandatory to return products properly protected, in their original packaging and also in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer), with all their accessories, labels, documents, the corresponding proof of payment and the return form filled in correctly. These products will be addressed to the location specified by PARADISE DESIGN, S.L.U. in the instructions for returning previously sent via email.
The seller has the right not to accept the return of products without labels and presentation or protecting packages, as well as products that have been damaged, soiled, scratched, or whose essential and qualitative features have been altered.
In case that the return was not accepted by the seller, given that the product is considered to have been used or is in different condition at the time of delivery, the product will remain at the distribution point until the user (customer) places a new order for another similar product - assuming the costs of this new delivery - for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days from the date of return.
Those packages which do not contain any attached item to identify the sender (Order No., name, address ...) will not be returned.
Note that in particular times of the year, such as the Christmas period and on holidays, processing an order may take longer for reasons beyond our control.
Customs fees or taxes on sales are not refundable through PARADISE DESIGN, S.L.U.. Nevertheless, you might get them refunded by contacting directly with your local customs authority.
Everyone who wants to return his/her package will receive an email informing about the amount of your refund, at the email account registered at the moment of the checkout process.
In case the recipient of the goods specified in the order form is different from the one who paid the purchase, the refund of the resulting amounts shall be made by the seller to whom made the payment in first place.
